This path — the one I walk and share through Jagatsevak — is not bound by rigid structures or dogma. It is often referred to as the Pathless Path, guided by the omnipresent essence of Lord Dattātreya, the eternal Master of integration, spontaneity, and self-realised freedom. What I offer here is not a personal invention, but a continuation of timeless wisdom flowing through sacred lineages of Vedic knowledge, Mantra, Vedānta, and Seva (selfless service). These teachings are alive and vibrant — rooted in the silent transmission of the Masters and made relevant for this time through direct experience.
Lord Dattātreya is the timeless Avadhūta — the original teacher, the silent yogi, and the embodiment of unity beyond all form. He is revered as the Adi Guru, the Guru of Gurus, whose very being integrates the wisdom of the Vedas, the path of Yoga, the insight of Vedānta, and the power of nature itself. Neither confined by traditional lineage nor bound by external structure, Dattātreya represents the Pathless Path — spontaneous, pure, and eternally rooted in the Self. He is the guiding essence behind all of Jagatsevak’s work — the living, witnessing awareness in whom all traditions merge. He teaches through silence, through the wisdom inherent in nature, through reflection, through paradox, and through pure grace.
This sacred circle of presence and blessing includes realised Masters connected through the unifying Guru Tattva of Lord Dattātreya. These divine beings continue to radiate support and guidance to sincere seekers, illuminating diverse facets of the boundless Guru Principle: Shri Sadguru Upasani Baba Maharaj
🟡 Shirdi Sai Baba: Embodiment of pure compassion, humility, and unconditional grace.
🟡 Śrīpāda Śrīvallabha: Revered as the first recognised avatar of Lord Dattātreya in Kali Yuga.
🟡 Śrī Akkalkot Niwasi Maharaj (the great Sage of Akkalkot), also known as Swami Samarth. Considered the third incarnation of ord. Dattātreya
🟡 Śrī Sadguru Upasani Baba Maharaj: A visionary realised master, established an institution for young girls (Kanyās) who were trained in Sanskrit, Vedic scripture, and performance of sacred Yagyas.
🟡 Mahāvatār Bābājī: The timeless yogi of transformation and inner spiritual fire.
🟡 Gorakṣanath: (also known as Gorakhnath), arguably one of the greatest yogis who ever lived, is famous as one of the founders of India’s Nath Hindu monastic movement.
🟡 Bhagavan Nityananda: Nityananda means infinite, eternal bliss, the one who delivers His disciples from darkness of bondage, affliction, and suffering to light, the True Self.
🟡 Sadguru Sant Keshavadasji: A soul of immense talents, known for his vast wisdom, spiritual insight, and ability to convey divine love through countless kirtans and teachings. He truly embodied Bhakti Yoga alongside deep knowledge.
Each of these beings carries and reflects a unique facet of the boundless Guru Tattva — not as personalities to be worshipped, but as sacred portals inviting us to connect with our own highest Self.
Sri Ramana Maharshi is the radiant presence of Jñāna (knowledge of the Self) made manifest — a Master of pure being, whose life and teachings are rooted in silence, simplicity, and unwavering truth. He taught not through elaborate discourses, but through his abiding presence and the direct inquiry: "Who am I?" To me, Ramana Maharshi is not just a sage of the past, but a living beacon of the eternal Self — Arunachala in human form, the silent mountain of knowledge. His life was an offering of stillness and inquiry, dissolving the illusion of separateness and gently calling each of us back to the Heart.
"The Guru is within. The true Guru is the Self. Turn inward, and all will be revealed." — Sri Ramana Maharshi
Though he did not formally initiate disciples or found a conventional lineage, his silent transmission continues to guide sincere seekers into the direct recognition of their true nature. In the spirit of the Dattātreya path, Ramana stands as one who attained through natural realisation, entirely free of external ritual or dogma.
My own spiritual path is deeply intertwined with Arunachala, the sacred mountain he called home — a place where the fire of knowledge burns eternally. It is here, in Tiruvannamalai, that I now reside, in quiet reverence to his light and enduring legacy.
While my path is guided by the presence of these great Masters, it has also been meticulously shaped through the dedication and generosity of specific teachers in this lifetime. These individuals have shared their invaluable wisdom, specialised skills, and direct experience with humility and grace. Each of them has contributed significantly to the refinement of my knowledge, the depth of my sādhanā (spiritual practice), and the integrity of how I now serve others.
